Later, I spent ten years working as an in-house tax manager in multinational companies — where recommendations must pass through corporate policies, legacy systems, fragmented data, and unclear ownership. The place where projects succeed or fail.

This experience allows me to bridge two worlds: advisory thinking and operational reality.

I am also a certified tax advisor.

Today, I focus on helping finance teams move from AI curiosity to real implementation — ensuring AI becomes part of everyday work rather than remaining a strategy document or a pilot project.

I then spent over a decade inside finance teams in a technology company - leading a GL team and later working closely with financial data and analytics. This experience gave me a practical, inside-out view of how finance truly operates: not just processes and reporting, but also the constraints, trade-offs, and everyday realities behind them.
